Level 3 Coaching

This comprehensive coaching program includes workouts and nutrition tailored to your goals and schedule. You will receive a personalized resistance training program, nutrition support, weekly check-ins, access to a group with other clients for motivation and accountability, and continuous access to me through messaging.

This coaching program includes workouts tailored to your goals and schedule. You will receive a personalized resistance training program, weekly check-ins, access to a group with other clients for motivation and accountability, and continuous access to me through messaging.

Level 1 Coaching

This coaching program is a month-to-month strength training program with 4 workouts (including a warm-up and cool-down). You will also receive access to a group with other clients for motivation and accountability.

The workouts are not personalized to each individual and do not include check-ins.

3-month beginner strength program

This is a 3-month program with 3 full-body workouts per week. All exercises can be done with a set of dumbbells and a bench. Each workout includes a warm-up, mobility and cool-down. You will also receive access to a group with other clients for motivation and accountability.

  • Level 2 and Level 3 coaching packages are personalized to the equipment available to you! The Level 1 program is designed based on commonly available equipment for the gym, but can be modified!

  • Level 2 and Level 3 coaching packages are personalized to the equipment available to you! The Level 1 program is designed based on commonly available equipment for the gym, but can be modified!

  • Workouts can be modified for injuries, but treating injuries is out of my scope of practice.

  • I work with all populations, from beginners to clients who have been working out for years! All programs can be done by beginners.

  • I don’t! Providing meal plans is out of my scope of practice and can legally only be provided by Registered Dieticians.

  • Nutrition coaching is personalized to your needs and schedule!
